Kelly is a San Francisco-based illustrator whose work is influenced by her love of the natural world. Kelly spent her early career working in magazine and book publishing before returning to school to study drawing and painting at the California College of the Arts. After art school, Kelly returned to working in-house for publishers, art directing and illustrating for some of the top selling titles in college science.
Now freelancing, Kelly's clients include Scientific American, The Scientist, Cosmos, Australian Geographic, Bay Nature, Macmillan, and Cengage.
